Since 2020, KWRC has provided a range of services related to water right consulting and assisting groundwater management districts, particularly in the development and implementation of Local Enhanced Management Areas (LEMAs).

KWRC Clients include municipalities, industry, groundwater management districts (GMDs), investment and energy firms, irrigators, and attorneys. KWRC also regularly provides services through other engineering firms (see Services to Consultants page).
Services for Water Right Owners

These include developing options to expand water supplies; conducting due diligence reviews of water rights considered for potential purchases; preparing new and change applications for submittal to DWR, and more.
