Services to GMDs

Over my 12 years as DWR’s Chief Engineer, I worked with GMDs and the Kansas Legislature to support their efforts to fulfill their role in Kansas groundwater management. In particular, I worked with others to develop and implement a new tool to address the on-going water level declines of western Kansas via Local Enhanced Management Areas (LEMAs).

It is my privilege as a consultant to continue to support GMDs mission, again, particularly in the areas of LEMA development and implementation.
